Help an innovation pioneer reinvigorate its consumer brand relevance through a new consumer vision.

Define a new vision for GE consumer licensed products.

GE needed to elevate its licensed consumer product offering. They wanted to develop new capabilities and more market-relevant offerings. There was a desire for more connectivity and cohesion within the ecosystem. My challenge was to help GE define and visualize a new consumer product vision that they could use to align internal and external partner stakeholders.

Experience strategy.

We developed an experience vision called Brilliant Home that built upon the existing GE story and capabilities while charting a path toward a connected home and lifestyle.

Experience examples.

Building off of our strategy, we visualized examples of what the products and consumer experience could be. We focused on products that the current license partner planned to develop but added connected ecosystem capabilities to the mix.
