Juicero was a complex offering involving connected hardware, proprietary packaging, and digitally enabled service experiences. My challenge was to work horizontally across the organization to to drive collaboration between designers, engineers, executives, marketing, and external vendors to develop the Juicero experience.

First-time user experience.
Guide new customers through their first experience with the Juicero system, from unboxing, connecting their press, and pressing their first juice.
Digital experience.
Juicero’s digital experience consisted of a marketing website, a purchase funnel, and an account management portal where customers could set and modify their subscriptions. Juicero also had a mobile iOS experience that enabled users to connect a press, track their inventory, explore pack nutrition, and manage their press and account.

My objective was to create a packaging and brand system that expresses a combination of modern, organic, and technology-driven. We cultivated a neutral foundation that allowed the emphasis to be placed on pops of color indicative of the produce.
